TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A new apartment development is coming to downtown Tyler in the not-too-distant future.
Owner of Scarborough Realty Partners, Samuel Scarborough said it seems like thereâs been a shift toward the revitalization of downtown Tyler.
âNew things happening on the square with Andyâs, True Vine, Cafe 1948, ETX Brewery, now you got Prime 102, you got some really neat things coming downtown,â Scarborough said.
He said they want to be a part of the growth and their four-building complex will bring an additional 112 units to the area and retail space.
