"If I lived in Pennsylvania, I would have already cast my vote for John Fetterman."

The partys over for Oprah and Dr Oz as she officially backs Democrat John Fetterman in the Pennsylvania Senate race.

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey endorsed Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman over GOP challenger Dr. Mehmet Oz, a celebrity doctor-turned-candidate whose television career she helped launch.

The Democratic candidate for a Senate seat in Pennsylvania told the hosts of "The View" that he feels Winfrey "understands whats at stake here in this race."

Former talk show host Oprah Winfrey created a buzz by endorsing a Democratic candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania. Winfrey is a longtime supporter of the Left, so such an endorsement shouldnt shock anyone. Its akin to reporting that "water is wet" or the "Earth is round." It would only be a news story if Winfrey did not endorse a Democrat, not the other way around.

The race remains close in Georgia where Senator Raphael Warnock leads by just one percent among definite voters.

Winfrey has publicly backed only a handful of candidates in recent years. She recently endorsed John Fetterman in his Senate bid against Dr. Mehmet Oz.

She brought Dr. Oz to national prominence as a television doctor.

The pro-Trump group has been going door-to-door in Pennsylvanias Amish Country to boost Trumps picks for governor and the U.S. Senate.

Dr. Mehmet Oz' ties to Oprah Winfrey didn't appear to be enough to receive her endorsement in Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate race.
