European Commission published draft revised Implementing Regulation, Notice on Simplified Procedure for EU Merger Regulation, launched second public consultation for amendments to simplify procedure, streamline transaction review, allow Commission to focus on relevant cases.

The new rules will become effective on January 1, 2022.

Were under the age of 21. there were several hundred who got in under age because they volunteered to do so. 11,465 of those on the wall were less than 20 years of age but the average age was over 22 that is because the officers were all older, obviously. youve got a lot of youngsters out there who stepped up, volunteered. in some cases maybe they saw a draft notice in their mailbox, put it back in and then went out and volunteered to serve but 23 is not a young age. it is about four years young...
