A bus driver in Brisbane s south has been rushed to hospital this morning after an unknown substance was thrown at him.
Queensland Police say the substance may have been thrown through the driver side window of the bus on Drew Road in in Loganholme around 9.30am today.

The male driver was treated at the scene before being transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance told 9news.com.au the patient suffered irritation to his face, similar to substance burns.
Police have urged anyone who was driving in the area to come forward with information.

Here is more about Dover s hills. Moving south from Tuttle Square and the top of Plato s Hill is Pine Hill. We associate this now with the cemetery, but there is actually a height of land on the northerly side with a fine view over the city leading the eye to Garrison Hill at the far end.
As mentioned recently, this was the site of the third Meetinghouse in 1710, and in 1731 one and a half acres adjacent were set aside by the town as a burial ground. This was also the location of an early schoolhouse. Over the years additional land has been purchased and added to the cemetery, reaching out beyond Watson Street and along Court Street to the foot of what has been known as Mt. YORK COUNTY, Va. A teenage boy from Newport News accused of the murder of a boy from James City County has been arrested and is now facing charges.
York-Poquoson Sheriff s Office arrested a 17-year-old boy involved in the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Jordan Miller early Saturday, Dec. 19. Officers responded to the shooting on Dec. 13 in the 100 block of Drew Road, located in the Carvers Gardens neighborhood.
The sheriff s office said the 17-year-old boy was charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of use of firearm in commission of a felony.
Following the suspect s arrest, officers said the 17-year-old was taken to the Merrimac Juvenile Detention Center.

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) - A teen was arrested on Saturday and charged with two felonies in connection to a 15-year-oldâs death.
Investigators with the York-Poquoson Sheriffâs Office arrested a 17-year-old boy from Newport News in connection to the murder of Jordan Miller, a 15-year-old boy from James City County.
The 17 year old, whose name was not released, was charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of using a firearm in the commission of a felony. After his arrest, he was transported to the Merrimac Juvenile Detention Center in Williamsburg.
