Fearing the spread of Lumpy skin disease in cattle, the government has decided to home-deliver the fodder in specially designed bags to around one lakh farmers for which Rs 30 crore will be spent.
Opposition Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA Rohit Pawar pointed out that the state government has only used technical points while declaring drought.
