Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young announces that Ellen M. Arcieri was sworn in as the Commander of the Attorney General s Drug Task Force on April 9, 2021, following confirmation by Governor and Executive Council on March 24, 2021.

Commander Arcieri most recently served as the Chief of the Brentwood Police Department and has served as a member of law enforcement since 1987. LISBON The county Drug Task Force on Tuesday afternoon raided a residence on Washington Street in Lisbon. A search warrant of the home yielded suspected methamphetamine, prescription pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Dexter Brand, of Kentucky, left the residence with three other people. A traffic stop was later conducted with the assistance of highway patrol and Brand was found in possession of a loaded handgun and was taken into custody, according to the sheriff’s office. Brand remains in custody and his arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning.
