It is over the Dual Sense controller drift that certain players have been experiencing. The firm that filed the lawsuit is Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith, and they are actually were involved with Nintendos Joy-Con drift controller. Has your PS5 controller given you some problems?
