Well, the water is receding. Weve seen already in the places where high tide was at 7 00 a. M. This morning. As the day progresses, that water is receding back out. And what were hearing is that there wont be enough water that has stayed, when combined with whats going to come in, in a more moderate way in the 7 00 p. M.
