In the backup an earlier crash caused more slowing. Slick roadways are an issue. A number of spinouts reported this morning, two over here in san mateo. We have the southbound side at poplar thats completely clear. Northbound we had the crash clear at kehoe. That blends with the morning traffic starting to build through san mateo.
