MUMBAI: The Banking unit of the economic offences wing arrested two persons for creating a fake bank guarantee of Rs 7.2 crore which was submitted to the Directorate General of Hydrocarbon (DGH). The victim had submitted the bank guarantee after he got a mining contract from a government run natural gas company.
