Putnam County Common Pleas Court June 28 Melissa J. Herrera, 42, 1030 E. 11th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to grand theft. She faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 2. William J. Hale, 41, 2964 State Route 66, Mandale, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines.
