HARPERS FERRY â The price to park in Harpers Ferry is going up. At the Harpers Ferry Town Council meeting Monday night, the council voted unanimously to increase the $1 parking area in the Camp Hill section of town to $2. It also voted to approve additional paid parking sites along the east side of Storer College Place and the north side of Fillmore Street at $2 apiece. HARPERS FERRY â The West Virginia Department of Highways hosted a virtual public information session Tuesday focusing on three proposed options to improve pedestrian traffic in lower town Harpers Ferry. The area under consideration includes the roadway and sidewalk areas between Hog Alley and Public Way.
