The lawsuit filed by Katherine Acuff, Chris Jablonowski, and Hanna Haile, individually and on behalf of the Perrier Condominium Owners' Association, Inc., against Dwayne Treece, Phallon Treece, and the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center is being reviewed in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal in Louisiana.
