An Evansville cyclist killed in an accident in St. Augustine, Florida, on Sunday, has been identified as Troy Manz, a 46-year-old military veteran and doctor in residency. He was among three cyclists who were hit by a car riding while riding on U.S. 1 in the dark hours of Sunday morning as part of the Sea to Sea Expedition Race, an intense three-day adventure-racing event from one coast of Florida to the other.
