Capital High student Hailey Burger had qualified for Nationals twice in junior high, and now has qualified for the National High School Finals Rodeo in three different events.

WATERLOO — More than 100 students will put their talents on display in DeKalb High School’s production of “Mamma Mia!” this weekend.
