Where clouds are thin enough the sun will come through early this morning before we get back to clouds again this afternoon. Temperatures on the cool side around the region, 39 Martin Martinsburg and 37 fredericks an here 2349 district 49, 51 setup today, High Pressure well north and east pushing in a breeze off the ocean today. Thats what will help enhance the cloud cover later on this afternoon. As we work our way into the evening hours well start to see more show
