The police in Enugu, southeast Nigeria say their operatives working with the state Neighborhood Watch Group have neutralised a member of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), the militant wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).   They said the personnel recovered the suspect’s firearm and ammunition along with other exhibits.
