A NEW location is needed for a defibrillator at Newcastle Emlyn. A defibrillator placed at the police station by the town council last year is to be replaced by a new one installed by the police themselves after they secured funding. Now the town council is looking for a new site for the existing defibrillator, with the Ebenezer Street area being one of the areas considered as it is an area of town not currently covered. “Wherever we put it, it has to be highly visible so both visitors and local residents know it is there,” said Cllr Cefin Evans.

A BRADFORD restaurant has been voted the city s most popular takeaway dish, just a few months after opening. German Doner Kebab (GDK), which opened at the Xchange on Charles Street, near The Broadway in October last year, has come out on top in Deliveroo s top five Bradford dishes list. The gourmet kebab chain s original German Doner Kebab has been voted the favourite dish in the survey from the on-demand food delivery service.
