Firstcry IPO: FirstCry is set to withdraw its papers for an up to $500 million IPO as early as next week, after India's markets regulator raised questions over key metrics it disclosed to investors.
Sebi initiated this action due to revisions in the list of officially accepted documents (OVD). Previously, bank statements and bills were acceptable for mutual fund accounts, but they no longer hold validity.
Swiggy IPO: The news comes a day after Swiggy received a nod from its shareholders for the IPO. According to the filings made with the Registrar of Companies, the food and grocery delivery company plans to raise to Rs 3,750 crore in fresh capital, along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of up to Rs 6,664 crore.
