<p>Misty Coast is the dream pop child of Linn Frøkedal and Richard Myklebust, also known from the noise masters, The Megaphonic Thrift. After ten years on the road with amplifiers turned up to 11, tours with great indie heroes like Dinosaur Jr and Stephen Malkmus, mild tinnitus and a Spellemann Award on the shelf, Frøkedal and Myklebust decided to adjust the recipe and cook up a new witch's brew. This time, the beauty would not be hidden behind a blanket of noise, but the pop melody would be allowed to lie on top of the pledge.</p>
<p>Since Misty Coast's debut album in 2017, the band has toured Japan, the UK and Europe, played a triple-digit number of club concerts and festivals, been nominated for the Spellemann Award and received rave reviews at home and abroad.
