Securities and Exchange Commission SEC published final clawback rules under Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. National securities exchanges must file proposed listing standards by February 24th to be effective November 28th 2023.

The Final Rules task national securities exchanges with adopting formal listing standards that, in turn, require publicly listed companies to establish compensation clawback policies that meet the standards prescribed in the Final Rules.
