Sharad Pawar: Sharad Pawar moves SC challenging EC order recognising Ajit Pawar-led faction as real NCP
Veteran leader Sharad Pawar has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the Election Commissions decision to recognize the faction led by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar as the authentic Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). The plea was submitted by Sharad Pawar personally through his lawyer Abhishek Jebaraj. Earlier, the Ajit Pawar faction had filed a caveat to prevent any ex-parte order in favor of Sharad Pawars group.
