Amazon Echo users can finally ask Alexa to swiftly move their music from device to device, room to room, and even from their house to their car after the voice assistants October updates.

Amazon has added an option for Alexa to let you move your favourite music track, radio programme, or a podcast episode from one Echo device to another. Alexa has also been updated with the ability to play TikTok videos, or Netflix series, on Fire TV devices.

You can now say "Alexa, pause" to a device that's playing music, and then "Alexa, resume music here" to move the tunes to a different device.

Changing location? Just ask Alexa to pause, move, and keep playing your music, podcast, or radio station.

The Apple AirPods are expected to be one of the most searched for items this Black Friday and these are the latest deals.

Alexa’s October update finally gives you the ability to have music "follow" you through your home. Simply say, "Alexa, move my music here" to the desired Echo device, and you’ll be able to start audio playback from where you left off.
