Miranda Wendlandt, a certified public accountant with CliftonLarsonAllen, the county’s auditing firm, said the clean audit is the highest assurance the county can receive.

According to the Alexandria Public Schools calendar, students in grades 9 through 12 have a total of 174 contact days, while middle school students (grades 6-8) have 173 days and elementary students (PreK-5) have 171 days.
