EcoWorld Malaysia achieves RM2 02bil sales in H1

(EcoWorld Malaysia) has achieved RM2.02bil sales in the first half of its financial year 2021 (FY21), comprising the period from Nov 1,2020 to April 30,2021. “We are very thankful that we have achieved RM2.02bil in sales in the first six months of FY21, ” president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah said in a statement. “Following a good start to FY21 with RM706mil sales recorded in the first quarter of the financial year, sales were even stronger in the second quarter with RM1.3bil achieved in this most recent quarter. “The launch of our Eco Botanic 2 (pic below) project in Iskandar Malaysia along with the new Co-Home product at Eco Horizon and Eco Grandeur as well as the second phase of our well-received ErgoHomes & Garden Homes at Eco Forest contributed to the sales achieved, ” he added.

EcoWorld Development Group Bhd will be unveiling new Co-Home units at its Eco Grandeur township in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, and Eco Horizon township in Bandar Cassia, Penang, in the next two months. Both townships are joint-venture projects with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF). At Eco Grandeur, the developer is planning to launch the first 264 of the total 484 Co-Home units located within the 81-acre Regent Garden residential collection of the township in early April. The leasehold project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM228 million and will offer 12 three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts, with built-ups ranging from 1,001 to 1,109 sq ft. Prices start from RM395,000 and the monthly maintenance fee is estimated at 15 sen psf.
