Parents can afford to live in. [applause] our state has some great Public Schools among the best in america but unfortunately because of yesterdays policies many families are shut out they sit and wait as theyre sons and daughters get another year older and their dreams of providing them with the best Public Education possible slips farther and farther away. This has this has gone on too long. I will not accept this inequality. [applause] how many arizona children should have access to our best Public Schools . My answer is, all of them. [applause] here is what makes the situation even more troubling. Right now theyre are nearly 400,000 empty seats in our Public School system. In fact some are completely vacant. These are educational assets funded by the taxpayer meant to benefit our children and they are going to waste. It is time to put these assets back to work. [applause] here is the plan. Revenue. Last year we based our budget on an anticipated Revenue Growth of 3. 4 percent. That was in keeping with our pattern of conservative budgeting. So when fiscal year 2014 ended, our actual revenue was 4. 8 percent. That differential between what we spent and what we collected is deposited into our Rainy Day Fund. Every budget cycle since i have been governor we have added to that fund so that it has increased by 643 percent since i took office. [applause] annual Revenue Growth, coupled with conservative spending and a growing Rainy Day Fund are positive evidence that georgia is better today than it was last year. Since i took office, over 319,000 new private sector jobs have been created in georgia with nearly 93,000 of those coming in the past twelve months. On judiciary is has an enormous oversight. We had the first confirmation hearing. It provides oversight function. On your Sweet Potatoes, anything you can boil from the u. K. . You mentioned the nexus between judiciary the debate is moving in a constructive conclusion of ideas and then it unravels. I think we are years back in angry rhetoric on both sides. Is or anything that can bring the debate back together . I think the problem is, at least from afar, when senators or members of congress try to get together on Immigration Reform they let it go beyond a scope that keeps enough people on board. I believe we should focus on border security. If we can come up with a credible way to reduce the growth of the population first establish some credibility with the American People, and i think when we go about doing that it is going to put people out of their comforts own on both sides of the aisle. Some organizations do not have the capacity to support accreditation itself. Those help to help shepherd organizations. Should we require departments to develop a plan to reach accreditation . But should we rather than just encourage it, should we consider some system where we require departments at least to articulate a plan to get this way .
