A national multifamily residential management group has added a third Winston-Salem apartment complex to its entrance strategy into the market. Braehill Gardens LP, an affiliate of Harbor Group International of Norfolk, Va., paid $35.7 million for Braehill Apartments at 200 Braehill Terrace Drive, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing that posted Monday. The 310-unit complex, built in 1990, is located near South Peacehaven Road and U.S. 421. In a register of deeds filing from Friday, Harbor paid $25.7 million for The Corners at Crystal Lake and $21.1 million for Mill Creek Flats, also in Winston-Salem. Altogether, Harbor has paid $82.5 million for the three properties.
