"The financing has an initial commitment of $875 million, with an accordion feature to extend commitment up to $1.44 billion... Definitive agreements have been executed with eight international lenders - ING Bank N.V., Intesa Sanpaolo, KfW IPEX, MUFG Bank, Natixis, Standard Chartered Bank, Societe Generale and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation," AdaniConnex said in a statement.
Adani Power has signed a deal to sell its two subsidiaries, Aviceda Infra Park and Innovant Buildwell, to AdaniConnex for Rs 540 crore. The subsidiaries will no longer be wholly-owned by Adani Power after the sale. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2024.
Data center provider AdaniConneX Private Ltd. will use the money to fund its growth plans this year, with a five year tenor under discussion, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
