In the school site, the site that is hosting, theyll ask this is what we want you to look at and we dont look at teachers practices alone, but we look at how are the students engaged in which one are interacted and how are the students responding and how do the students articulate what theyre learning. Our Leadership Team network once a month bring their problems of practices to a general meeting. They learn from each other. They present their problem.
