IIT courses: IITs and IIMs drive learning boom: SWAYAM exams surge by 204%

The trend of self-learning through free courses from institutions like IITs and IIMs, with exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the SWAYAM platform, is on the rise. The cost-effective courses allow participants to earn credits, certificates, and diplomas. The number of candidates taking these exams has grown significantly from 3,807 in 2018 to 1.2 lakh in 2023.
