Carson City arrests: Man accused of stealing vehicle, taking daughter without having custody
A 40-year-old man as arrested Wednesday for suspicion of possessing stolen property and removal of a child from person with custody, both felony offenses, according to a Carson City Sheriffs Office booking report.
