The city of San Francisco may be one step closer to letting drug addicts shoot up inside health centers. Biggest hurdle is that it is against california law. City leaders want to let those with addictions use already existing Navigation Centers created to help the homeless. State law has to be changed to allow centers also help addicts. We want to help the drug
