A popular Metro area food truck took a huge loss because of a thief at a farmers market in South St. Paul last night.

A fellow food truck operator is helping 'Eggroll Queen' Mai Vang get back on her feet after crooks stole a generator and catalytic converter from her mobile kitchen.

Owner Mai Vang said her food truck was stolen from and vandalized last week.

Mai Vang abruptly lost her hearing, and started selling egg rolls to cover medical expenses.
