Enforcement has used robots it to examine the body of the shooter and his car. There have been concerns that both may have been booby trapped with improvised explosives. That now does not appear to be the case. They are shooting back and forth. Look at this. You can hear the witnesses who watched it unfold. It began shortly after 2 am florida time when the suspect entered the pulse orlando nightclub and opened fire. Witnesses say there were as many as 320 people inside at the time and the suspect began shooting the victims with a handgun and assault weapons an offduty officer began exchanging gunfire with the suspect almost immediately. The suspect made it back inside the club and barricaded himself Holding Dozens of people hostage. The suspect may have been in contact with Law Enforcement during the standoff and may have given officers his name. Law enforcement is not releasing that name. After three hours the decision was made by police swat to storm the club and take up a suspect. T
