The Alabama Department of Corrections has issued an escape notice for an inmate who left the Elba Work Release Center early Friday morning.

Jonathon Lamar Bundy, 30, was apprehended in Brundidge after escaping the minimal-custody work release facility in Elba early Friday morning.

Chief Deputy Hines with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to News4 that the escaped inmate Jonathon Bundy has been captured.
