MADRID/VALLADOLID (Reuters) - Aiming to highlight the city of Valladolids green credentials, Spains Environment Minister Teresa Ribera arrived by bicycle at a European Union climate meeting there last week.

Footage showed two blue sharks moving through shallow waters near a beach in Portbou, Catalonia, at around noon on July 16. Swimmers quickly scrambled to flee the water.
