Who had said who to what, but i think to characterize that, it was all an election ploy, the benghazi issue was the subject of one of the presidential debates. i dont think something thats the central issue of a presidential debate could be considered not involved in the presidential campaign. and as ive said on this show, te me the issue on the irs scandal , if they targeted only conservatives, thats a major problem, and they have to get to the bottom of that. that has major legal implications....
