Had no electricity, no air conditioning. in fact, the elevators didnt even work so people couldnt get down to ofthe ground floor. they literally were trapped within their own building. over the weekend, they found more and more buildings with similar, deplorable conditions and in some cases, it looked like the staff had evacuated but they had left the elderly behind to, somehow, get by on their own resources. and at least five people were found to be dead. the investigation is just beginning now...
