Anthony Lygizos opened Leven Deli in 2018. He's getting ready to move the catering business, along with retail and bread production into a new 12,000 square-foot facility, as well as open Leven Supply, a retail shop, in Wash Park and new 500-seat restaurant named Leven in downtown Denver.
