Stepped up police patrols. Six armed robberies in six days all of them happening at night. One robbery was caught on video where you see a man robbing three students on north 18th street at gun point. Rash of robberies has students at temple talking. Its a little scary. One of the robberies happened right outside of kelsey interprets front door. Dont be on your phone. Dont wear your headphones. Always look up. Be alert. High Street — a restaurant, bar and bakery founded by James Beard award-winning restaurateur Ellen Yin — is now open at 101 S. 9th Street. The acclaimed restaurant was originally located on Market Street and moved to Center City in 2020, when it pivoted to takeout-only during the pandemic.

Yin, owner of Fork and other city restaurants, won outstanding restauranteur. Friday Saturday Sunday won outstanding restaurant, Suntaranon won best chef in the Mid-Atlantic region.
