The ASSU Constitutional Council has decided to dismiss senator-elect Ivy Chen’s case on campaign expenditure violations. She will remain a part of the 25th Undergraduate Senate.
The ASSU Election Commissioner is suing recently elected ASSU senator Ivy Chen for violating campaign expenditure laws. The ASSU Constitutional Council will hear the case on May 1.
