Multi-sensorial menu at Le Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore, heralds spring and the newest champagne
Billecart Salmon releases the much anticipated cuvée Elisabeth Salmon 2008 this spring. Made in select vintages, the 2008 vintage is only the 13th time the wine is made. Le Dame de Pic, housed in the iconic Raffles Hotel, continues its collaboration with Billecart and celebrates the launch with a curated spring menu designed by executive chef Anne-Sophie Pic.
Chef Pic’s relationship with Billecart goes back to her days in Valence, where she tasted the cuvée at her father’s house. Her epicurean journey started when she took over the family’s restaurant Maison de Pic, and since then, she has blazed a trail with eight Michelin stars under her belt.
