The mother of one of the boys, 30yearold is now charged with to counts of first degree murder. That she drowned the boys yesterday. It happened on west 9th street. She told investigators she turned on the tub and left her infant alone as it filled up with water and left the bathroom and physically assaulted the 5yearold the son a and more on the deadly uprising at a delaware prison. Authorities announced indictments against 18 people in connection with the incident at the vaughn correctional center. They took over the prison back in february resulting in the death of lieutenant steven floyd. And they unveiled the dimes handed up by a grand jury in newcastle county.
