Ivory Paper has been the target of hundreds of complaints from across the country with the Ohio Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. A Facebook page titled "Ivory Paper Co. Screwed Me" has 3,000 members, though it also includes people who have never ordered anything from the company.
