A pedestrian has died, and another man was seriously injured Thursday night after two crashes in the Rio Linda area of Sacramento County, officials said.
The man who was found dead with gunshot wounds in a U-Haul van in Rio Linda was identified Friday as 47-year-old Alejandro Alcaraz-Juarez by the coroner’s office.
