We thank God that Prince Philip now enjoys the fullness of the resurrection life.
We pray for Her Majesty that she will know all the consolations of her own deep faith in this time of mourning. God save the Queen!

A group campaigning for a new skate park in Ely is applying for funding to pay for a panning pre-application.
Having given a presentation to the City of Ely Council on February 22 after gaining 2,000 signatures, RASE (Riding and Skating Ely) hope the skate park to be situated in Ely Country Park.
“But as some of you may know this was previously a landfill site,” said group members Angela Haylock.

They have met a few times and have agreed to look seriously at our proposal.

Every year, the council awards amounts to local organisations that provide a service which benefits the parishioners of the City of Ely .
But it has split the allocation into two phases this financial year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
