Heavenly is reported 68" of new snow over the last 48 hours. Sierra-at-Tahoe reports 50"-78" over the last 7 days. Kirkwood reports 48" of snow in the last 48 hours.

After a weekend of Sierra snowstorms, the sun was shining and the sky was clear by Monday morning. That is when people living in Emigrant Gap off Interstate 80 started shoveling the snow to clear paths to and from their homes.
