The State Bank of India invests Rs 714 crore in TCG Urban Infrastructure for the World Trade Centre project in Gurugram. With a total cost of Rs 1,211 crore, TCG has infused substantial capital for construction, while SBIs investment supports the projects development. TCG is a New York-based conglomerate with diverse investments globally, including real estate.

Spreading over a land of 7.94 acres, the World Trade Centre in Gurugram comprises of a total leasable area of 1 msf consisting of office block and retail block in the form of four towers.

The total cost of the project is expected to be Rs 1,211 crore of which Rs 497 crore has been invested by the promoter, according to documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm.
