Who sent the last psp has helped prevent a fire in her neighborhood. Pg e started notifying customers friday of the potential power shut off, sparking some bad memories. Hearing there could be another ps ps almost brought back ptsd memories of last time. Reporter last time 80 miles an hour winds body tree in powerline toppling down in their heavily wooded neighborhood. There is a red wooded tree right there and it had broken and fallen across, bringing all the wires down to the ground. Reporter thankfully that powerline had been turned off because of the power shut down and the threat of dry conditions and high winds, once again, as pg e considering a preemptive power shut off to more than 150,000 customers in the bay area. Some are scrambling to provide emergency stations to help residents. This year the covid situation is complicated at a little bit.
