NCB launches service requests and complaints portal

Loop News National Commercial Bank (NCB) Jamaica has launched an online portal to assist customers to create, track and monitor their service requests and complaints.  “We want to enable our customers to bank safely, without having to visit a branch or even call the Customer Care Centre to service their important financial needs. So whether it’s from the beach, at home or 3,000 miles away, customers can connect with us using NCBAssist, said Anne McMorris-Cover, Senior Assistant General Manager, Enterprise Operations Division.  She added: “We have listened to the feedback and we are committed to creating an easy, safe and free experience for our customers. A key part of our focus for this year was on improving the experience of our customers with emphasis placed on deeply understanding the root causes of our customers’ pain points, to determine the most convenient ways to serve them.
